- **Gérôme Vanherf** — Managing Director and Head of Strategy. 20 years in innovation and live entertainment. Former VC Head of Innovation, expert in financing high-potential projects and building innovation programs in music and sports.
- **Marie Du Chastel** — Creative Director and Head of Art. Award-winning curator and artistic director of KIKK Festival. Leads international programs AfriKIKK and Le Pavillon in Belgium.
- **Alex Stevens** — Creative Director and Head of Music. Former Creative Director at Dour Festival (12 years). Works with Marsatac, Sakifo, Francofolies, and Plisskën. Built a custom database of over 1M artists.
- **Gilles Bazelaire** — Creative Strategist. Founder of KIKK Festival, Dogstudio (acquired), and Superbe. Advises creative institutions and brands across Europe on innovation and narrative design.
